Nature’s Way Landscaping and Tree Care has been in the area  since 1977. It began primarily as a tree service and has advanced through the years to be a full service landscape company.

The company was purchased in 2004 by Jeff Leuzinger, a third generation Horticulturalist. He brought not only experience and knowledge of tree care, but landscape design and construction into the Nature’s Way portfolio. Earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Ornamental Horticulture from the University of Illinois and holding several licenses and certificates, including certified arborist, Leuzinger is able to create a wide variety of outdoor spaces for your enjoyment.

Nature’s Way is focused on attention to detail, quality, and a job well done. It is our goal to make projects appear as if they have always been there.

What Is a Certified Arborist?

An arborist by definition is an individual who is trained in the art and science of planting, caring for, and maintaining individual trees.

Certification provides a measurable assessment of an individual’s knowledge and competence required to provide proper tree care.

Certification is not a measure of standards of practice. Certification can attest to the tree knowledge of an individual but cannot guarantee or ensure quality performance.

Certified Arborists are individuals who have achieved a level of knowledge in the art and science of tree care through experience and by passing a comprehensive examination developed by some of the nation’s leading experts on tree care. Certified Arborists must also continue their education to maintain their certification.
